Blister: A plastic processing technology. The main principle is to heat a flat plastic sheet to soften it, apply a vacuum object to the surface of the mold, and cool it to form. It is widely used in plastic packaging, lighting, advertising, decoration and other industries.

 

The main advantages of blister packaging:

Save raw materials, light weight, convenient transportation, good sealing performance, and meet the requirements of environmentally friendly green packaging; can package any special-shaped products without additional cushioning materials for packing; the packaged products are clear at a glance, beautiful, easy to sell, and suitable for mechanization and automation Packaging facilitates modern management, saves manpower and improves efficiency.

 

Commonly used blister materials are:

PET (polyethylene two characteristic) rigid film.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) rigid sheet.

PS (polystyrene) hard film and PS hard film have low density, will be poor, easy to burn, and produce gas when burned (severe poisoning), so various industrial blister production is generally restored.

PVC hard film is moderate, not easy to burn, and will produce gas when burned, which will affect the environment. PVC is easy to heat and can be sealed with a sealing machine and a high-frequency machine. It is the main raw material for the production of transparent blister products.

 

 

Blister equipment mainly includes: blister forming packaging machine, punching machine, sealing machine, high frequency machine, folding machine.

Packaging products formed by packaging can be divided into: plug-in cards, blister cards, double blister, half blister, double-fold blister, tri-fold blister, etc.

 

Blister mold:

Refers to the mold used in blister production. The highest cost is plaster mold, followed by electroplated copper, and aluminum is the most expensive. The mold is drilled with small holes, which are used for vacuum heating of hard rubber to form blister products.

Common blister molds are:

Plaster mold: It is mainly suitable for products with special requirements such as electronics, toys, medicine, food, automobile boutiques, etc.

Bakelite Mould: Mainly heat-sealed packaging for dipping paper cards and blister shells.

Original copper mold: It is mainly suitable for products that require electronics, toys, stationery, cosmetics, car boutiques, etc.

Alloy aluminum mold: mainly suitable for products with appearance and size requirements such as electronics, gifts, toys, medicine, stationery, etc.

Heat sealing: The heat sealing mold is made of high-quality copper or alloy aluminum, which is mainly aimed at the difficult problem of PET high-frequency sealing; the surface treatment is made of Teflon, which is aimed at sticking the mold; the embossing pattern is computer-engraved, and the path is clear and the size is uniform. Various patterns are required to be customized.

High-frequency mold: Mainly used for welding of double blister (PVC or PETG).

Knife punching die: a hard piece used for vacuum heat absorption to form a blister product.

 

Blister process: plastic sheet-cutting-sheet fixing-heating-forming-demoulding-removing material edge-finished product
